Joy is designed for all ages, designed for children from 6 months to 14 years.
If you booked for 1 hour and want to stay a little longer, there's usually no problem, especially on weekdays when it's less busy. Just let our team know and we'll be happy to extend your visit if space allows. Please note that we close at 17, so extensions are not possible after office hours.

Yes — for safety reasons, all children must wear socks while playing, and we recommend non-slip socks to help them move safely and confidently.
